Rosie has an interesting and varied career in wind power. For the last three years she have been working on the Neart na Gaoithe Offshore Wind Farm as an Environment Manager with Mainstream Renewable Power.
I am currently 4 months into my Master’s in Contamination, Risk Assessment and Remediation at Lancaster University which incorporates everything from studying pollution microbiology and remediation strategies to undertaking chemical risk assessments on real-life situations in the environment.
I now work for a national research organisation who cover all aspects of the built environment. I currently work mainly in Flood resilience, but also have input into various other areas including sustainable products; research and innovation; and our green building assessment programme BREEAM.
Lancaster University gave Andy self-management and critical skills. This has enabled him to become the founding Director of NCS, a Building Surveying and Project Management consultancy.
Following her valuable voluntary work, Brittany recently became a Project Co-ordinator for a charity called the Carbon Literacy Project.
