We have designed a range of webpages for parents and families to look at which aim to share readable and accessible information on common issues in children’s mental health and wellbeing.
We have a number of ‘explainer’ pages which aim to explain some common difficulties, such as anxiety or low mood, and help people understand why they happen. We also have a number of ‘how to support’ pages, which give some simple evidence-based advice around what a parent or carer could do to help support a child or young person who might be struggling with their mental health or wellbeing.
