SLURRY-MAX Workshop in Lancaster
On December the 5th, Claire Waterton and the SLURRY-MAX team hosted a stakeholder workshop in Lancaster for a range of participants interested in how we can best “worry about slurry”.
At the workshop, thirty representatives from the agricultural industries, farmers groups, agricultural colleges and Welsh, Northern Irish, Scottish and English government bodies came together to discuss the findings of SLURRY-MAX so far, and contribute to designing the projects final stage and outputs.
The workshop ran from 10.30 to 4 and involved lots of lively debate on subjects as varied as infrastructure, digital tool use, agricultural education and the politics of support provision.
