Enter the Competition
Thanks to sponsorship from EURO working group on Stochastic Optimization (EWGSO), the conference will host a Best Student Paper Competition. Students wishing to enter the competition should submit a full paper instead of an abstract by the regular submission deadline. The paper does not have to be published, and its page limit is 30 pages. The paper should be principally authored by the student, but co-authors are permitted as long as their contributions are clarified. Only registered participants’ papers will be considered for the prize.
During submission, authors should indicate whether they would also like their paper to be considered for presentation in the regular conference programme if the paper is not shortlisted for the competition.
Shortlisted papers for the prize will be presented by the lead authors in a dedicated competition session of ECSO-CMS 2027. A jury will select the best paper and the runner up.
