Join us for the Lancaster ‘Glocal’ History Walking Tour, an engaging guided walk that explores how the city’s story links from the Roman Empire to the British Empire. Discover iconic landmarks, and understand Lancaster’s role in the transatlantic slave trade and the Industrial Revolution. Learn how the city’s environment has transformed over the last 1,000 years.

Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Meeting Point: Entrance to the John O’Gaunt Gate, Lancaster Castle (please arrive 15 minutes early)
