This part of the project aims to ensure that the research is designed and implemented to address real needs of the farming communities in the study area. It will also feed research findings into appropriate fora at national and regional, and international levels.
It also promotes communication across the team and with stakeholders, to identify and address needs for capacity building and dedicated knowledge exchange.
It includes:
- Project workshops – including all partners and the advisory board
- Outreach and communication – including this website and twitter
- Knowledge exchange – this will include training events of practitioners, natural resources managing agencies, and students from Kenyan universities. Training materials, professional videos and events with communities and students will contribute to the legacy and impact of the project
