Real life stories – alumni talks organised by the DTPs (40 mins)
Careers in Industry – Exploring opportunities and real life stories
Exploring opportunities – Careers Service (10 mins)
Real life stories – alumni talks organised by the DTPs (40 mins)
Reflecting on real life
What surprised you, what confirmed your views, what changed your views – what’s next to explore? (15 mins)
In search of the motherlode
Finding more and being found, online and in person – interactive session, including LinkedIn research and review
Your CV – a work in progress
Peer review of CVs – additions, deletions and opportunities
Top answers to tricky questions
Dealing effectively with promoting yourself in person (including face-to-face interviews, Skype or telephone interviews, and preparation for the mock interviews on Day 2)

Speed-dating/networking session with industry/academia followed by Workshop Dinner.

Day 2 would involve mock interviews and feedback sessions with industry partners , plus 1 or 2 skills sessions tbc.
