Triple Axis Accelerometer Breakout – ADXL335

Breakout board for the 3 axis ADXL335 from Analog Devices. This is the latest in a long, proven line of analog sensors – the holy grail of accelerometers.

  • The ADXL335 is a triple axis MEMS accelerometer with extremely low noise and power consumption – only 320uA!
  • The sensor has a full sensing range of +/-3g.
  • There is no on-board regulation, provided power should be between 1.8 and 3.6VDC.
  • Board comes fully assembled and tested with external components installed.
  • The included 0.1uF capacitors set the bandwidth of each axis to 50Hz.

GS407 Breakout Board

This is a breakout board to allow simple access to the tightly pitched pins on the GS406 and GS407 GPS units.

  • This board breaks out all of the necessary pins to a row of standard 0.1″ spaced header to allow for easy bread boarding and simple connection.
  • Note: TXO and RXI are labeled according to the GS407 datasheet, which is from the point of view of the MCU. Therefore, TXO should connect to TX on your microcontroller, and RXI should connect to RX.
  • Note: This is not compatible with the newer GS407 module, as it uses a different connector completely. Please check to make sure this board will work with your module. ktxbai!

Breakout Board for Xbee Module

This is a simple breakout board for the popular XBee product from Digi.

  • This board breaks out all 20 pins of the XBee to a 0.1″ standard spacing dual row header.
  • The spacing between 0.1″ headers is 0.5″ making it breadboard DIP friendly.
  • We highly recommend using the female sockets to avoid having to solder the XBee permanently to the breakout board.
  • This is the PCB only.

Arduino Uno – R3

The Arduino Uno is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega328. It has 14 digital input/output pins (of which 6 can be used as PWM outputs), 6 analog inputs, a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button. It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with a AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started.

  • Microcontroller – ATmega328
  • Operating Voltage – 5V
  • Input Voltage (recommended) – 7-12V
  • Input Voltage (limits) – 6-20V
  • Digital I/O Pins – 14 (of which 6 provide PWM output)
  • Analog Input Pins – 6
  • DC Current per I/O Pin – 40mA
  • DC Current for 3.3V Pin – 50mA
  • Flash Memory – 32 KB (ATmega328) of which 0.5KB used by bootloader
  • SRAM – 2KB (ATmega328)
  • EEPROM – 1KB (ATmega328)
  • Clock Speed – 16MHz

Half Size Breadboard

This half sized breadboard (2.2″ x 3.4″) is perfect for small projects and can be “snapped” together for larger ones. If a smaller board is required you can easily pull off the power rails or cut it in half using a saw to create 2 tiny breadboards.

Bread board mini modulare blue

This blue Mini Breadboard is a great way to prototype your small projects.

  • With 170 tie points there’s just enough room to build and test simple circuits.
  • Great for breaking out DIP package ICs to jumper wires!
  • If you run out of room, no worries, these mini breadboards can be snapped together to form larger stretches of board.
  • It has a peel and stick adhesive backing as well as two mounting holes for M2 screws so you can anchor it down.
