The first stage of this study is a nationwide survey of disabled workers’ experiences of hybrid and remote working, whether in a previous role and/or a present role (if currently employed). The survey is currently open for completion by those who:
- Are aged 18 or older;
- Identify as disabled or have a limiting long-term health condition;
- Work in private/public/third sector organisations of varying sizes;
- And have experiences of homeworking or hybrid working.
We encourage all those who meet the above criteria to fill out the survey, which you can find via this link. If you require any assistance in completing the survey, or would prefer a Microsoft Word version in a more accessible format, please contact the project team at inclusive-hybrid-working@lancaster.ac.uk.
Estimated completion time: 15 – 25 minutes.

If you start the survey but need to finish it at another time, you can save your progress and return to it later. To do this you will need to use the same phone/laptop/PC that you began the survey on, as it may not recognise you as the same person if you use 2 different platforms.
