Please also note that all submitted work undergoes a peer review process. The peer review process is one by which journals outsource potential articles for reviewers to read. Reviewers will then recommend whether it is suitable for publication or not, and will provide constructive feedback on how the article might be improved. This is done anonymously so as to have a fair system to judge the value of an article that might be published: the reviewers do not know the author of the article and the author does not know who reviewed their work.
Typically, we will outsource contributions to two reviewers so as to avoid potential bias/outliers and also in the case that one person does not return a review.
