Monday 25^th June 2007

1. It rained really bad it wouldn’t stop. By 12 they was floods
2. It would not stop raining. It kept getting worse. People had to go home from school with their parents permission.
3. My dad picked me up from school early at 3. We walked in the rain.
4. Inside my house it had flooded, we had been checking the doors when it had come through the floorboards.
5. We moved upstairs on the night because it was damp upstairs
6. We had to go live at my nanna’s
7. My house was in a mess the builders were doing it out.
8. April 2008: we finally got to go home.
