Take part in the Academic Research Survey (CEDARS)

We want know more about your experiences of the current research environment that you work in, by inviting you to complete the Culture, Employment and Development in Academic Research Survey (CEDARS).

Lancaster is running CEDARS as part of our actions in implementing the Principles of the revised Researcher Development Concordat and the survey will provide valuable information on how we can create a healthy and supportive research culture to ensure our researchers can thrive.

As well as important topics, such as, researchers’ experiences of their local research environment and working conditions, the associated responsibilities of managers of researchers will also be explored. The results of the survey will also establish a baseline for the UK research system generally in what more we need to do to achieve the Principles of the Concordat.

Lancaster is running CEDARS from now until the end of July.

We want to hear from all our research staff and those who manage researchers, so please take part in CEDARS here

CEDARS is managed and supported by Vitae: find out more about CEDARS here.
