Welcome to Lancaster University’s Research Staff Association WordPress site!
All members of research staff at Lancaster University are automatically enrolled as a member of the Research Staff Association (RSA). Membership is free, and you can get involved with the RSA as much, or as little, as you like. The RSA is run by a group of volunteers, known as the Executive Committee, with support from Lancaster’s Organisation and Educational Development (OED) team.
The RSA actively engages with the University, and its management team, as a voice for researchers in policy making decisions, as well as providing a social forum for researchers. Social events include Christmas Fayres and informal drop-in sessions known as “Coffee, Cake and Conversation”. More information on what we do.
