NEON Lab – Network Electrophysiology, Oscillations and Neurobiology

Location

The NEON Lab is based in the Division of Biomedical and Life Sciences within the Faculty of Health and Medicine at Lancaster University – a leading UK institution set within a beautiful parkland campus in the northwest of England. We have access to a dedicated sleep research facility, housed within the Department of Psychology, which is fully equipped for conducting sleep studies.

The University is within easy reach of the vibrant and friendly city centre, and just a stone’s throw away from the spectacular Lake District, nearby coastline, and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Lancaster is also well-connected to major cities, including Manchester and Liverpool (~1 hour), Birmingham (~2 hours), Glasgow and London (~2.5 hours). The city offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful, scenic setting with excellent transport links for national and international travel, making it an ideal place to live, work and thrive.
