Resilience connects with wellbeing and is a more complex, dynamic process with a few different components. 

Our project here is to explore ways to enhance resilience in ourselves and those we work with.  

We initially created this resource to share ideas, resources and practice, between students and staff on the Social Work programme. It is now expanded to included Sociology.
