Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Cancellations received before 2nd August 2017 will be issued a refund minus an administration fee of £50. It is highly unlikely we will be able to refund costs after this time. Refunds shall not be payable for any total or partial failure of performance by the conference organisers of their duties and obligations under this Agreement occasioned by any act of God including but not limited to fire, flood, drought, tempest; act of government or state, war, civil commotion, insurrection, blockade, embargo, prevention from or hindrance in obtaining any raw materials, energy or other supplies, interruption of utility service, labour disputes of whatever nature including but not limited to strike, lock out or boycott; fuel shortage, disruption to transportation services or facilities, and any other reason beyond the control of the conference organisers.

Travel Grants
Graduates and doctoral students and participants from developing countries whose submissions have been accepted may apply for travel grants of up to £250. A limited number of grants are available. Please complete the Mobile Utopia Travel Grant Application, detailing the cost of travel. Applications must be received by 5 June, decisions will be made by 12 June 2017.
