New FASS Internship – Social Media and Communications Assistant

In December 2020 Neil Jurd OBE, Leadership Coach, published The Leadership Book. He is also the creator of The Leadership Course, a virtual leadership training package (https://neiljurd.com/). This FASS internship is focused on the promotion of Neil’s leadership book and course using social media and other communications.

Neil will encourage innovative and creative ways of working, and to give a sense of his leadership he refers to the following quotation:

The role of the senior leader is to support and resource and potentially even coach the person who has been given the task, but not to meddle or direct. This means that people feel ownership of their part of the plan, and it frees senior leadership to focus on more strategic work.
