Workshop on Prediction + Optimization 2020
Business analytics typically involves tasks of prediction and optimisation. They are usually conducted separately and are not well connected.
The aim of the workshop is to provide platform for exchange of ideas, raise awareness of recent developments and stimulate discussion in the intersection of the areas of prediction and optimisation.

How to submit the abstracts and register for the workshop
We invite submissions covering the above areas for presentation at the workshop. The abstracts must be submitted by 10th February 2020 by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions must be no more than 300 words and in txt format.

We already have the confirmed keynote speakers for the event
Ruud is a professor of Operations Research in the University of Groningen, Netherlands. He is a specialist in the forecasting and inventory control, focusing on the interaction between the two areas. He is an editor of EJOR
Dick is a professor of Department of Econometrics and Operations Research in Tilburg University, Netherlands.
Dolores Romero Morales is a Professor in Operations Research at Copenhagen Business School. Her areas of expertise include Supply Chain Optimization, Data Mining and Revenue Management.
