A Living Library?

Living Library events involve ‘Living Books’ (people with lived experience of mental health challenges) sharing their stories in conversations with interested ‘Readers’ who are encouraged to ask questions about things that matter to them. The aim is to support well-being and promoting dialogue around common mental health challenges.

Come along and have a 20 minute face-to-face chat with one of our Living Books in the ‘Event Space’ in the Campus Library. Don’t worry – no one will ask you questions about your mental health!

Drop in on THURSDAY 2nd MAY
