Oral presentations

Each speaker will be allocated 20 minutes for their talk and 5 minutes for questions. The chair will notify you when you have 5 minutes, 2 minutes and 1 minute left of your 20-minute slot to allow room for questions.  

There will be 5 minutes between talks to allow time to move between rooms.

We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to connect personal laptops, therefore we ask that all speakers bring your slides on a memory stick. Please ensure that the slides are uploaded to the computer in the room in which you are presenting during the break before your talk at the very latest.

We can also not guarantee that you will be able to use the presenter mode when presenting using the university computers. If you are reliant on any presenter notes, consider bringing another copy of these with you.
