I confirm that I have read and understand the Participant Information sheet for the above study. I understand that I can email the project organiser Sara Wasson to ask questions prior to submission. I understand that my participation is voluntary. I am not obliged to submit any material. Since the website is public, once it is uploaded we will not be able to remove it from caches, so we will hold submissions back for 30 days before uploading them to the website to allow authors to withdraw the work within that time if the author chooses. I understand that can email s.wasson@lancaster.ac.uk to express my desire to withdraw the work any time up to 30 days after submission, in which event we will not post the submission to the site.
