Internship Opportunity: Content Delivery Intern

Main Duties

As part of our content team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content for our clients, writing everything from inspirational travel guides to news and blog posts.

  • Manage scheduling, delivery and maintenance of all content including all brand, product and proposition content, campaign promotions, rich media (video, images, maps), business and product initiative launches and content-based functionality
  • Ensure smooth and efficient running of processes and projects
  • Ensure content development process is in place, establishing best practice and standardising workflows
  • Full ownership and management of the blog, ensuring content is optimised for target key phrases and content is promoted across other channels
  • Establish schedules and allocate production resources
  • Provide strategic perspective, identifying any issues in department structure
  • Bring together creative content ideas from others in the marketing and wider team, from market research and consumer insights, as well as your own

Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of writing engaging content (such as for blogs, university or other online publications) with tangible results. They will possess a precise and confident communication style, with good listening skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. It is essential that candidates are personable, deadline focused, with an excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience in an operation/content delivery role
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to set structure and standards and to drive through change
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude and creative thinking
  • Experience of integrated content marketing
