Developing your Business

This workshop is for start-ups, spinouts, small and early stage companies who have achieved some measure of business success and who now seek to grow to achieve their next business milestones.

This workshop is designed to benefit founders, directors and business unit leaders who have little or no previous experience of growing business, revenue and profitability and who are required to delegate and manage others to achieve their targets and objectives.

The workshop will help delegates think carefully about the business processes required in their company, the order in which they are implemented and the metrics against which performance will be measured.

Case Studies and Practical Examples are used to help delegates build task lists and to-do’s that they can use as foundations on which to build strategies, plans and milestones for their own businesses.
