Get Involved

Recruitment to this project is now closed.

The General Pharmaceutical Council has recently approved changes to its Standards for Pharmacy Professionals and its In practice: Guidance on religion, personal values and beliefs, which may alter expectations on pharmacists whose personal beliefs conflict with elements of their professional role.

We are academic researchers and would like to interview you, as a pharmacist, about your views of these documents, including their content and the processes by which professional ethics guidance is created.  We are also interested in your experiences of conflict between personal ethical commitments and the expectations associated with your professional role.

Interviews will last no more than 90 minutes and will be either face-to-face or via Skype, depending on your preference.

If you are interested in being interviewed as part of this project, please email us and we will send you further information: Sara Fovargue (s.fovargue@lancaster.ac.uk) or Mary Neal (mary.neal@strath.ac.uk).
