The Lundgren Lab studies the evolution, biogeography, and eco-physiology of photosynthetic diversity in nature to identify the precise modifications that created the diverse range of photosynthetic metabolisms seen today. These studies are informing our C2 photosynthesis crop engineering programme.
We are part of the Lancaster Photosynthesis Team within the Plant & Crop Sciences group in the Lancaster Environment Centre at Lancaster University.
