Fees include a three-course conference gala dinner on the 25th August. The conference dinner will be at Barker House Farm (located at south campus, an 8 min walk from the conference location (Management School). Click here for directions.

Please note that upon request, we can provide you with an additional confirmation document after your purchase, which is often sufficient for reimbursement.
However, if you require an official invoice, please reach out to us as soon as possible before purchasing a ticket. It’s best to check with your institution first to understand their specific requirements, as these can vary significantly. Ideally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a template that aligns with your institution’s needs.
Financial Support:
Some discounted rates of £75 (registration needs to be within the Early Bird Registration Deadline) are available for early career researchers (MSc/PhD students, postdoctoral researchers) who would otherwise find it difficult to attend the conference. These will be determined based on quality of abstract submission and personal circumstances. If you wish to be considered for one of financial support, please fill out the following form by Friday 9th May 2025.
