Please note that upon request, we can provide you with an additional confirmation document after your purchase, which is often sufficient for reimbursement.

However, if you require an official invoice, please reach out to us as soon as possible before purchasing a ticket. It’s best to check with your institution first to understand their specific requirements, as these can vary significantly. Ideally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a template that aligns with your institution’s needs.

Financial Support:

Some discounted rates of £75 (registration needs to be within the Early Bird Registration Deadline) are available for early career researchers (MSc/PhD students, postdoctoral researchers) who would otherwise find it difficult to attend the conference. These will be determined based on quality of abstract submission and personal circumstances. If you wish to be considered for one of financial support, please fill out the following form by Friday 25th April 2025.

Pre-conference workshop: Registration for the pre-conference workshop is free, and you can register here. There will be tea breaks, but lunch will not be provided for the workshop. There are many venues around campus to buy lunch though.
