I am a post-doc researcher at Hertie School, Berlin, focusing on the phenomena of social entrepreneurship, sustainability and inter-organisational cooperation. Currently I am working on a project researching the relationship between democracy and capitalism and the role alternative forms of organizing play therein. My research takes an ethically informed and critical perspective on businesses and business theories with a sensitivity for the performativity of social science. In my work, I employ different theories of practice with a special interest in normativity and unintended practice changes.
