I am interested in meaningful futures of work, specifically why and how people pursue meaningfulness in work via entrepreneurial and non-standard work arrangements. Currently, I am involved in two main projects: i) an NSF-funded project studying the practices of independent workers, and ii) an internally funded project studying prototyping and pitching practices in an invention accelerator. My team and I use practice perspectives to highlight what matters to the people and phenomena we study, without which there is always a risk of defaulting to labels.I am happy to exchange ideas, so please feel free to contact me.
