Lancaster University is set in 560 acres of beautiful parkland and lies approximately three miles south of the City of Lancaster. The campus is easily accessible via road and rail, and is within 70 miles of Manchester’s International Airport.  

Lancaster train station is located near to the city centre, about 3 miles north of the campus.  As such, if you plan to arrive by train, we recommend a bus or taxi to transfer to the campus.

Please advise us in advance if you plan to travel by car, and we will arrange parking on site.
