Joining clubs and societies is also a way of meeting new people with diverse interests. I have had many special moments after joining the clubs and societies but there is one such event that was the best. I had the opportunity to take part in the Dragon Boat Race and represent at the University at Liverpool. We won the third place. This was an amazing experience as I had never rowed before and most of my team mates did not have prior experience as well! You could meet your next best friend at one of these socials.
