Location & venue
The conference will be held at the Lancaster Environment Centre, on Lancaster University’s Bailrigg Campus. Talks will be in the Biology Lecture Theatre, coffee breaks will be in the entrance foyer and lunches and the poster session will be in the atrium. The icebreaker barbecue will be in the courtyard. Please use the main entrance to LEC (see map below) as the South Spine entrance is closed due to building works.

How to get here
By train
Lancaster train station is on the West Coast Mainline. From Lancaster train station, by bus, either take the 3X leaving opposite the station to Lancaster University or take an eight minute walk to Common Garden Street from where buses to the University leave at ten minute intervals (see map). Get off at University Underpass. A taxi from Lancaster City Centre to campus costs around £8.00 and takes 15 minutes. Local taxi numbers include 01524 35666 and 01524 848484.
By coach
Megabus and National Express operate coach travel to the University Underpass.

Follow M6 to Preston Lancaster Rd/A6. Take exit 33 from M6 and follow A6 north to
Lancaster University (see map).
