En-suite accommodation has been reserved on campus at a cost of £38.50 per night on a B&B basis. Lancaster University’s guest accommodation has Visit England 3* status and rooms include complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, car parking and Wi-Fi. Ironing facilities and bike storage are available. To book a room for the conference, please use the Registration page, the above link is for information only. Check-in opens at 14:00 and closes at 23:00, the reception is located in the CITEAD building. Keys are available from security after 23:00. Check-out is at 10:00 on the day of departure.
On-campus facilities include numerous shops and bars and a full-facility sports centre (including a climbing centre – opening hours 7:00-10:00). Also on campus is a signposted 2.6 mile Woodland Walk including ‘Trim Trail’; great for an early-morning run.
For delegates who prefer to make their own arrangements, for example if you would prefer to stay in the city centre, we recommend the following options:
Lancaster House Hotel – Four-star accommodation directly on campus.
Toll House Inn – Classic Hotel in central location next to the Lancaster Canal with nearby bus stop.
Travelodge Lancaster Central – Conveniently located in the city centre with nearby bus stop.
