Oliver Bates is a Research Associate at Energy Lancaster and the School of Computing and Communications at Lancaster University, UK. His current work is trying to combine campus wide energy, building and environmental data streams in a centralised data hub “Energy Information System” (EIS) to enable better institutional decision making, teach and research in and around buildings, energy, environment and sustainability.
