To mark the successful conclusion of the pilot project on Heritage Placements, we held a feedback meeting and presented those students who could attend with certificates to mark their participation in the scheme. The photos show Dr John Welshman, Director of Undergraduate Studies for the History Department, with Dr Sam Riches, Academic Co-ordinator of the Regional Heritage and the prime mover in running the project, with some of the twelve students who took part – our grateful thanks go to all of them for their enthusiastic participation.
