Exhibitors are invited to showcase their products and partake in conference proceedings. This year, to maximise the impact of your attendance, we are offering our exhibitors an opportunity to give a 5 minute pitch of new products to the delegation at the end of each Plenary talk (please note that this opportunity is limited to the first 8 applicants).
Registration details
Option 1: Exhibitor stand
A tabletop display is charged at the competitive rate of £700 inc. VAT (which is £50 less than last year!); Limited to two dinner attendees, and three conference attendees at any given time.

Option 2: Flyers and visibility
It is possible to include advertisements in the conference package without having a dedicated exhibitor stand. These costs vary depending on the requested level of advertisement. Please contact Dr Sara Baldock for further information s.baldock@lancaster.ac.uk.
Option 3: Prizes and drinks
If you would be interested in sponsoring poster prizes or sponsoring of the poster session drinks or any drinks during the Gala dinner, please contact us to let us know. Such sponsorship will guarantee greater visibility and opportunity to the sponsor. Contact the organisers for more information and discuss possibilities.

Sponsoring Exhibitors
Exhibition space at Electrochem 2018 is available for £700 inc. VAT for the two days of the conference. This includes attendance for two company members to the Gala Dinner and three attendees to the conference itself.
Advertising material can be included in the conference bag at a cost of £150 plus VAT, with printing to be undertaken by the advertising party.
