In honour of the 25th anniversary, we are adding a further 25% discount on last years prices on the Early Bird registration rate to all members of the RSC and SCI. Non-members will receive a 15% discount on last year for Early Bird registration.

Registration fees include attendance to all sessions, conference material, refreshments, and attendance to the Gala Dinner. It does not include accommodation.

En-suite Bed and Breakfast accommodation can be booked on campus very close to the conference venue for the cost of £48.00 per night. A limited number of rooms have been reserved, and are available at registration,  with more campus accommodation subject to availability. 

There is limited availability for additional nights either side of the meeting, please contact conference organisers if this is required.

You are welcome to book your own accommodation in Lancaster. You can check out hotel options in town on Booking.com or Travelodge. Lancaster House is a 4* Hotel located within the University campus.
