{"id":184,"date":"2025-07-09T16:13:17","date_gmt":"2025-07-09T16:13:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/uklvc15\/?page_id=184"},"modified":"2025-07-09T16:13:17","modified_gmt":"2025-07-09T16:13:17","slug":"information-for-presenters","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/uklvc15\/information-for-presenters\/","title":{"rendered":"Information for Presenters"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For all presentations:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To allow our BSL\u2013English interpreting team to prepare, all presenters (stage and poster) should upload a draft copy of their slide decks or posters to the UKLVC15 Google Drive (link provided via email) <strong>by Tuesday 26 August<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Files should be named with the lead author surname and session designation (e.g., Nance_Poster2.pdf or Lo_Stage9.pptx) and uploaded to the folder for the corresponding day\/session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For stage presentations:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each presentation is allocated a 20-minute slot. This includes 15 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for questions, and 2 minutes for changeover.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For poster presentations:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posters can be up to A0 format landscape or A1 format portrait.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixings will be supplied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posters can be printed at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lancaster.ac.uk\/creative-studio\/our-services\/print-service\/\">Creative Studio printing shop<\/a> on campus for collection upon arrival. For reference, an A0 poster (standard quality, 90gsm paper) costs \u00a38\/\u00a318\/\u00a329 for 5-day\/2-day\/same-day turnaround.
