The conference will take place on the Ground Floor of LICA (Lancaster Institute for the Contemporary Arts), located at the northern end of the Bailrigg campus of Lancaster University (see map).

Access to LICA can be found on the western side of the building, over a small body of water. There is clear signage across the campus, but if you need to find your way between locations, the best way is to use MazeMap.

The main presentation room is a flat floor with plenty of space on all sides, with a large screen for presenting. Posters will be at the end of the large presentation space.
Refreshments will be served in the foyer.
Accessible toilets are available on the same floor.
Note that social events will be held in other locations (see Social Programme): The drinks reception will be held a short walk from LICA in the County South Building, and the conference dinner will take place in Lancaster city centre.
All conference venues and most pathways on campus are step-free. If you have any accessibility requirements which you would like to discuss, please email the organising committee.
Sign language interpreters
There will be three stage interpreters providing BSL–English interpretation throughout the conference. They will also be available during designated times for the poster sessions. Several participants are also planning to bring interpreters for networking purposes. If deaf participants have any questions or requests, please contact Nick Palfreyman.
