Information for Presenters

For all presentations:

• To allow our BSL–English interpreting team to prepare, all presenters (stage and poster) should upload a draft copy of their slide decks or posters to the UKLVC15 Google Drive (link provided via email) by Tuesday 26 August.
• Files should be named with the lead author surname and session designation (e.g., Nance_Poster2.pdf or Lo_Stage9.pptx) and uploaded to the folder for the corresponding day/session.

For stage presentations:

• Each presentation is allocated a 20-minute slot. This includes 15 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for questions, and 2 minutes for changeover.

For poster presentations:

• Posters can be up to A0 format landscape or A1 format portrait.
• Fixings will be supplied.
• Posters can be printed at the Creative Studio printing shop on campus for collection upon arrival. For reference, an A0 poster (standard quality, 90gsm paper) costs £8/£18/£29 for 5-day/2-day/same-day turnaround. It is also possible to print A1/A0 posters on higher-quality (190gsm) paper and A0 posters on fabric.
