How to distinguish oscillations from noise?

We have booked a limited number of rooms for participants to stay on campus. In the Colleges, delegates are accommodated in modern, comfortable, ensuite, single rooms, all with shower facilities. The fee also covers breakfast. Price: £58.5, booked through the online store. 

There are also plenty of accommodation options in the city centre. It is easy to get from the city centre to campus by bus (see the travel information).
