{"id":6927,"date":"2017-05-17T10:07:17","date_gmt":"2017-05-17T10:07:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lancaster.ac.uk\/sustainableagriculture\/?p=6927"},"modified":"2017-05-17T10:07:17","modified_gmt":"2017-05-17T10:07:17","slug":"east-malling-to-host-global-horticulture-research-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.lancs.ac.uk\/sustainable-agriculture\/2017\/05\/17\/east-malling-to-host-global-horticulture-research-conference\/","title":{"rendered":"East Malling to host global Horticulture Research Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hortres-conference.org\/uploadfiles\/Flyer.pdf\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-6928\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.lancaster.ac.uk\/sustainableagriculture\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Screen-Shot-2017-07-06-at-11.12.10-208x300.png?resize=173%2C250\" alt=\"\" width=\"173\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a>The world\u2019s leading plant scientists are set to gather for the Fourth\u00a0<a title=\"Horticulture Research Conference\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hortres-conference.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">International Horticulture Research Conference,<\/a>\u00a0taking place at\u00a0<a title=\"NIAB EMR\" href=\"http:\/\/www.emr.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NIAB EMR<\/a>\u00a0in East Malling, Kent, from 16th to 20th July 2017.<\/p>\n<div id=\"outer\">\n<div id=\"content-subpage\">\n<div id=\"subpage-text\">\n<p>The Conference will bring together international researchers conducting fundamental research on horticultural crops, to showcase the latest research findings and to network with colleagues from around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Abstract submission is now extended until 21st May 2017.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The International Horticulture Research Conference is jointly organised by <a href=\"http:\/\/english.njau.edu.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nanjing Agricultural University<\/a> and NIAB EMR with support from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.springernature.com\/gb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Springer Nature<\/a> journal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/hortres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Horticulture Research<\/em><\/a>.
