Summer Schools

Based on training needs and cohort feedback, we will offer 4-day residential Summer Schools related to specific subject areas. These may include ‘new technologies for the soil-root interface’, ‘Use of novel sensors in soils research’, ‘New molecular opportunities’, ‘From community structure to soil function’, ‘Diffuse pollution’, ‘Soil valuation’ and ‘Modelling soil processes’ etc. These will be offered to students from both Years 2 and 3 of the STARS programme.
