This lecture will teach you how to calculate and justify uncertainties at a graduate level. The topics covered will be:<\/p>\n Ed McCann<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n I just wanted to give you a quick update regarding American Physical Society as I know we\u2019ve had some discussions about their position with the new UKRI OA policy. Jisc have confirmed that they are in negotiation with APS regarding a transformational agreement which would therefore see them become eligible for UKRI funding.<\/p>\n In the meantime, I have also learned that the following titles are in the SCOAP3<\/a> consortia agreement and therefore would be compliant with UKRI conditions.<\/p>\n Due to the nature of this consortia and its funding method, academics can publisher here OA with a CC-BY licence and thus fulfil the UKRI criteria. You can see all of the titles covered by the SCOAP3 agreement here<\/a>.<\/p>\n We will continue to monitor the OA landscape and keep you informed if there are any further developments but in the meantime, please do feel free to get in touch if there\u2019s anything else we can help with.
