SUstainability Ideas Conference 2019
Your Students’ Union is hosting a Sustainability Ideas Conference on Wednesday 30th October, 17:30-19:00 in LICA.This will provide an opportunity for Students’ Union societies, students and staff to come together, share ideas and plan collaborative initiatives to shape the Students’ Union environmental sustainability agenda for 2019/2020.
The event will begin with with refreshments provided by Green Lancaster and a keynote speech about sustainability at Lancaster University, followed by an introduction to Green Lancaster. We will then split into working groups to discuss project and campaign ideas in each of the Green Lancaster priority areas. The most popular ideas will discussed and considered for implementation during the 2019-20 academic year.
You will have the opportunity to talk to the SU Environmental Sustainability Team and various other societies on the core Green Lancaster Priority themes to drive change on our campus.
