Performance Development Reviews for 18/19

A reminder that PDR season is upon us and that meetings and paperwork needs to be completed by the end of September. I’d be grateful if reviewers could ensure that meetings are in place if they are not already.

You will recall that we’re moving to an on-line PDR system. You can access your PDR form via the HR portal, (https://my.corehr.com/pls/coreportal_lancp/corePortal/#EmpDash). If you experience any technical issues pls contact hr.mi@lancaster.ac.uk

This webpage should cover any other queries you might have and has a section on FAQs.

Disabled Employee Network (DEN)

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team in HR has instigated the establishment of a Disabled Employee Network (but which is entirely independent within the university). This is partly motivated by the university aiming to achieve Level 2 in the government’s Disability Confident scheme, but the network is autonomous and has a range of aspirations. If you would like to participate in the network, or just find out more, please contact Joanne Naylor at j.naylor3@lancaster.ac.uk or speak with Chris Arridge.
