Staff Wellbeing Web Pages Live
To raise awareness of opportunities for staff to improve their wellbeing, the FST Wellbeing Working Group have collated information and created a new wellbeing section on the FST website: www.lancaster.ac.uk/sci-tech/wellbeing
We’ve adapted the Five Ways to Wellbeing framework, Be Aware, Be Informed, Be Connected, Be Active, Be Generous, used by the Government and charities like MIND, the NHS, and other universities, to group the information and help you access it. We hope you find this content useful. If you have any feedback or suggestions for content please contact Amanda Ross via the FST Wellbeing Working Group, thank you.
