Michael Lambert and Liz Brewster from the MapDoc team presented a workshop at the recent North West ASME Forum, sharing and discussing our MapDoc findings on ‘Changing notions of professionalism: thinking about widening participation and widening access.’ The workshop was fully attended by colleagues from Edge Hill, Lancaster, Lancashire, Liverpool and Manchester medical schools, and it was great to discuss how different schools work on widening access and think about how our research findings can feed into policy and practice at a regional level.
