Yesterday, Professor Jo Rycroft-Malone, with Cliff, Liz, Michael and Rebecca from the team, were delighted to welcome key stakeholders from the General Medical Council, Royal Colleges, Trainee Associations, and postgraduate deaneries to our roundtable event, where we discussed the future of the medical workforce. Discussion centred around three key questions, with a focus on sharing the findings from the research in the context of recent workforce developments and proposed changes. Our artist, Tony Pickering, was on hand to record the occasion through visual minutes, which we plan to share more widely when edited and finalised.
