Following on from our contribution to the Special Issue: The workforce crisis in healthcare: moving the debate to bridge evidence and policy for The International Journal of Health Planning and Management with our paper, Gender, flexibility and workforce in the NHS: A qualitative study, the project PI was invited to contribute to an international round table with colleagues from New Zealand and Canada, sharing learning to help develop the Gender Equality Action Plan for New South Wales Health (Australia). This provided an opportunity to share learning from the paper with a wide audience, focused on informing policy and practice decisions in NSW Health.
