Your setting can also choose to provide the contact details of colleagues within the setting, and those who work for external organisations, that support the implementation of a whole setting approach to emotional health and wellbeing. If settings choose to do this, then they are consenting for contact details of these staff to be added to the LEHSS mailing list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\"><strong>How do we use your information?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">This information helps us to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and for the following reasons:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">Internal record keeping<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">To improve our products and services<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">Send you emails confirming your attendance at sessions and to share resources from the sessions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">For promotion of our service offer via the LEHSS mailing list<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">If your setting has an active Compassionate Schools Hub account with us, this data will be used to populate your setting&#8217;s Key People and Training Dashboard sections and keep these up to date. Please see <a href=\"https:\/\/cs-hub.co.uk\/privacy\/\">https:\/\/cs-hub.co.uk\/privacy\/<\/a> for more information on how your information is used within the Compassionate Schools Hub.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">Information on settings who have engaged with our service is shared on a regular basis with Lancashire County Council as part of our contract with them. This information consists of:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">Name and address of the educational setting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">Number of staff and their job roles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">Number and type of training and consultation sessions attended<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\"><strong>Do we transfer your data to third parties&#8217; countries?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">No.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\"><strong>How do we keep your information secure?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">The university has robust Information Security policies in place to protect your information. Only staff from the Lancashire Emotional Health in Schools and Colleges Service (LEHSS) have access to the service Onedrive folders, and only LEHSS staff and full-time Lancaster University IT Partnering and Innovation (ITPI) staff have access to data in the Compassionate Schools Hub.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\"><strong>How long do we keep your information?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">We do not keep data on a setting&#8217;s training and consultation record (e.g. the contact details of attendees, date of attendance; title of training course) longer than is necessary and follow the LEHSS retention schedule of 5 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">Data in the Compassionate Schools Hub will be kept until your account is deleted by yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\"><strong>What are your rights?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">You have the following rights regarding your personal data:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">To have access to your personal data<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">To have inaccurate or incomplete personal data amended<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">To have your personal data deleted<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">To restrict the use of your personal data<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">To request personal information in a digital form so that you can provide it to other organisations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">To object to automated decision making and profiling<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">To withdraw consent when we have used consent as the basis for using your information.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif\">The University has further information on data subject rights. This notice can be accessed at any time at (LINK). It is important that you do this, so you understand how we use your personal information and your rights. You may assist us in keeping your setting&#8217;s record up to date.
